Tempo ("we", "us") is operated by Ops+AI. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use needtempo.com and the Tempo application.

Information we collect

• Account data: Email address and profile information you provide when invited and using the service.
• Time entries: Descriptions, durations, projects, and notes you explicitly log.
• Access requests: Email addresses submitted via the homepage request form.
• Usage data: Standard server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

Tempo does not capture screenshots, keystrokes, desktop activity, or any data without your explicit action. We do not sell your data.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the time-tracking service
• Generate reports and AI analyses you request
• Send transactional emails (sign-in links, invites, reports)
• Respond to access requests during invite-only onboarding

Data storage & security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. AI features process your time data via Anthropic's API when you explicitly request an analysis.
