Agreement

By using Tempo (needtempo.com), you agree to these terms. Tempo is operated by Ops+AI. Access is provided by invitation only during early access.

The service

Tempo is a time-tracking application for founders and teams. Features include timers, manual entry, reports, team visibility, and optional AI-powered analysis. We may update features as the product evolves.

Invite-only access

Accounts are created through personal invitations. Submitting a request-access form does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with your workspace agreements
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or abuse the API

AI features

AI Analyst generates insights from your logged time data. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Early-access software may contain bugs or undergo breaking changes with notice when practical.

Limitation of liability

Tempo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ops+AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
